Description
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791), born in Salzburg, Austria, was four years old when he began studying keyboard with his father Leopold, a respected court musician. A child prodigy who blossomed into one of our great composers, Mozart wrote in every musical medium of his day, and excelled in every one. This spirited theme is typical of Mozart's better-known melodies in that its playful melody is as fun to listen to as it is to play.
