Description

A somewhat extended organ introduction (that may be shortened, if desired) sets up a lullaby mood for the six verses that follow. The texture of the vocal writing varies by the different groups indicated for each verse—men only, women only, choir alone, a cappella, with the assembly, etc. The text explores how various examples of creation render praise and thanks to the Creator.
